Think Gratitude!

I hope you are keeping warm with a hot cup of coffee this season...It seems my coffee pot never gets a break!  I had the privilege of getting a new coffee pot from the Roes for a wedding gift...thank you Roes!  This is my first time using a pot with an insulated carafe and it's amazing!  I even take it with me on my long drive to work and it doesn't tip over!  I absolutely love it!

Update on life at Blarney Stone!

Hello to all of you coffee drinkers!  I hope you are staying warm as we approach the holidays and season change!  I will admit that I really do enjoy the season change though...gotta love that about the Midwest. 

As you might have noticed my blog entries have lessened these past months and I do apologize for that.  I wanted to share with you a bit about where I've been since my last blog in June.  I had a very busy summer as I got engaged in July to a man who I fell in love with two years ago...

Hello!  Thanks for visiting my site!  I am very excited to share the final product with you in the near future.  As you know, any good thing can take time, so thank you for being patient with me:)

Coffee has always been my passion! It all started when I was about ten years old when my Grandma sneakily gave my sister and I her full of sugar, flavored coffee...it was at that moment that I started "drinking"...and never stopped. People often ask me, "what is your draw to coffee", or "why do you like it so much?" After putting some thought into this, I cannot deny that I love coffee for numerous reasons.
